FREE parking is available in the Christ Church car park opposite Matthew Arnold School. The entrance to the Hall is just behind the Church if you walk round the corner on Kenilworth Gardens.

We look forward to Cath keeping us body fit and mentally positive every month.
Chair Aerobics is FREE to ladies and gentlemen from 10.30-11am the first Wednesday of the month at Hilary's Hut.
